Pulaski project is one of our latest projects, currently under construction. This is a two buildings project, consisting 7 units each, on a great location with excellent transportation and short commute to downtown Manhattan. Units are expected to be ready for sale in 2020.
The Neighborhood:
Bedford-Stuyvesant, also called Bed-Stuy, has a rich history and a vibrant, diverse culture. It is one of the most up-and-coming neighborhoods in Brooklyn, and in New York City in general.
It’s close proximity to Manhattan, Williamsburg and the luxurious Brooklyn Heights, makes it desirable for the residents from these neighborhoods to move to bed-stuy because of it’s comparable affordability to these neighborhoods.
It has experienced a massive numbers of real estate transaction in the past 3 years. This has caused an influential change in the demographics of the neighborhood. The massive demand for real estate in the neighborhood and the lack of supply, caused prices to go up (and still are).
